Your visit with our podiatrist will consist of a detailed examination of your condition in order to determine your specific diagnosis. The exam includes a thorough evaluation of the entire lower extremity, done to detect additional contributing factors that have to be addressed to achieve a full recovery. We specialize in both conservative & surgical treatments for various conditions. If your condition requires surgical intervention, our clinic provides the latest techniques to achieve a rapid recovery and lasting results. We offer state-of-the-art specialized orthotic lab & surgical equipment.
FOR BETTER DIAGNOSIS AND CORRECTION.
During this procedure we record the walking process through a series of computer sensors placed on the bottom of your feet. This allows us to more accurately diagnose and treat the source of a variety of conditions, resulting in the relief of pain, slowing of degenerative conditions, and the prevention of muscle, bone and joint problems. Through early detection, the need for surgical procedures of the foot and ankle can be delayed, if not completely eliminated.
Real time digital X-ray imaging that allows surgeons to view live procedural images (critical for orthopedic interventions) with minimal radiation exposure to the patient and surgeon.
Fluoroscopy is the medical imaging that shows a continuous real-time series of X-ray images on a monitor (much like a movie). The use of intensifier tubes and modern digital flat panel receptors make it possible to minimize patient exposure to radiation. The pulse rate can be set as low as it is practical for the specific type of procedure (Pulsed Fluoroscopy), providing a significant reduction in the absorbed dose.
FOR SOFT TISSUE ABNORMALITIES, DOPPLER AND NERVE CONDUCTION ANALYSIS FOR DIABETIC EVALUATION.
A Diagnostic procedure that uses high frequency sound waves (ultrasound) to produce dynamic visual images of organs, tissues, or blood flow inside the body, allowing physicians to view the underlying soft tissue, bony structures, and pathology, similar to an MRI (which uses a magnetic field to stimulate tissue and produce an image). Ultrasound allows active/passive range of motion analysis of a specific part to visualize more accurately partial or complete tendon, muscle, or ligament tears.
Laser therapy of toenail fungus (onychomycosis) is a safe and efficient method for treating all types of onychomycosis caused by various fungal species. A laser delivers destructive high energy pulses to specific areas of the nail with very minimal surrounding tissue damage to safely destroy nail fungal infection embedded in the nail bed. This procedure is quick, has little to no complications, and is performed as an outpatient service with no anesthesia. No drugs or topical ointments are used, eliminating the side effects of traditional oral medications, and most patients improve after their first treatment
We offer in-house pedorthic service. We have our own equipment to scan your feet to create a custom orthotic device.
